Construction has commenced on the addition/renovation to the Rectory. Additional
space is being added to the home to accommodate the Visconti family. Expected
completion is December 2002. We'll update the photos as construction progresses.
Excavation began the week of September 16 . . . |

By the first weekend in November the second story is framed
and the windows are in. |

On November 9 Fr. Visconti was formally installed as Rector.
Roof is complete and french doors were also installed. |
Nov. 17: A rainy week, but some exterior work continues; plumbers
and electricians have begun work inside. |

Nov. 24: preparation for residing the entire Rectory begins
with the removal of old exterior. |

Dec. 1: siding work continues |

Snow the next week, but progress made on the interior . .

but by the 15th, the exterior is complete except for the landscaping |

As Christmas nears, interior finish work and molding are
underway |

By New Year's Eve, walls are primed and ready for
paint. New underground utility service will replace the low hanging present
service
from the street. |

Through January and February electrical and plumbing finish work was
accomplished. During Presidents' Week kitchen cabinets and appliances are
installed in anticipation of the Visconti's occupancy. |
